He was extremely thorough with his inspection and communicated any issues in a calm fashion which did not overwhelm my buyers. My clients loved the home and although we did find some issues that needed immediate attention, as a result of the inspection we were able to negotiate a sizeable reduction which made it possible for my buyers to complete the sale.
